The 32 languages of the AI phone assistant Iris
Iris by OpenIris holds phone calls in 32 languages and detects which language the caller speaks; the Municipality of Doesburg uses Iris as its AI phone assistant. That lets a municipality reach residents who prefer to call in their own language. OpenIris is a Dutch company, and Iris is built for the GDPR, sovereign and independent of US big tech.
